Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty provides comprehensive coverage for all Window World-manufactured windows, siding and doors. This industry-leading warranty ensures protection against material and manufacturing defects for as long as you own your home.

What’s Covered?

  • Windows — Coverage for vinyl components, hardware, insulated glass units and labor
  • Siding — Warranty against cracking, chipping or excessive fading of siding materials
  • Entry doors — Protection against defects in workmanship or material

Key Features

  • Transferable warranty — Should you sell your home, the warranty is transferable to the next homeowner, adding value to your property (provided Window World receives the warranty transfer form along with the then-current transfer fee within 30 days of the sale of your home).
  • Labor coverage — Includes professional labor to repair or replace any defective parts.

Warranty Process

  1. Report the issue — Contact our customer service team with details about the problem.
  2. Inspection — A professional will assess the issue to determine the best solution.
  3. Repair or replacement — Defective parts will be repaired or replaced under the terms of your warranty.

Exclusions And Limitations

While we strive to offer comprehensive coverage, certain conditions are not covered under the warranty, including:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation (if not done by Window World) or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as fading or scratches from everyday use.
  • Non-Window World products installed alongside Window World materials.
